Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006, I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the State Autonomous Cultural Institution of the Yaroslavl Region “Yaroslavl State Philharmonic” (OGRN: 1037600401222, INN: 7604001200, hereinafter — the “Operator”),  including its collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, deletion and destruction, that is, the performance of the actions provided for in clause 3 of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006, including with the use of automation tools, for the purposes of identification on the Operator’s websites (yaagso.ru) when submitting a request, establishing feedback, conducting statistical and other research (including using the “Yandex Metrica” service), improving the quality of the Site’s operation, sending notifications, as well as for the purpose of providing me with information through various communication channels, including by e-mail, telephone, SMS messages, messenger messages, and for other purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to all personal data provided by me to the Operator, including:

• name,
• phone number,
• e-mail address,

In addition to the Operator, I permit access to my personal data to persons providing support for the Site and the Operator’s services (solely to the extent necessary for such support).

This consent is valid from the day I transfer my personal data to the Operator until the day it is withdrawn, which is sent to the Operator through the Site’s technical support service.
